INGREDIENTES
Harina de Arroz Nutribien 200grs
Harina Leudante 150grs
Huevos 3
Sal c/suficiente
Agua tibia c/suficiente
PREPARACION
Hacer una corona con la harina leudante. En el centro colocar la Harina de Arroz Nutribien y los huevos. Unir estos ingredientes con la harina leudante, agregando una pequeña cantidad de agua tibia con sal. Unir bien todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa lisa.
Amasar enérgicamente y una vez que la masa tome punto tapar con una servilleta y dejar descansar durante media hora.
Estirar la masa bien fina, espolvorear con harina y cortar.
Hervir durante 5 minutos en agua con sal. Colar y servir con salsa de tomates, salsa estofado o manteca y queso.
